内容摘要: We are concerned with the time periodic solutions of nonlinear wave equation with x-dependent coefficients, which arises from the forced vibrations of an inhomogeneous string and the propagation of seismic waves in nonisotropic media. In this talk, we shall introduce some recent results on the existence of periodic solutions for such a model, especially the 2D case.

报告人简介: 冀书关，东北师范大学教授、博士生导师，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，现任数学与统计学院院长。主要从事微分方程与动力系统研究，于《Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.》、《SIAM J. Appl. Math.》、《Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations》和《J. Differential Equations》等学术刊物发表论文60余篇，主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金和国家重点研发计划课题等项目10余项，获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖、吉林省自然科学奖一等奖和吉林省青年科技奖等多项奖励和荣誉。
